Biodesign Science Fiction Film Screening, ‘Andromeda Strain’

Join the Biodesign Challenge Lab Bootcamp students as they celebrate their week-long lab intensive with a film screening of the 2008 remake of the Andromeda Strain, based on the 1960s book classic authored by Micheal Crighton and directed by Ridley Scott. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Code, and Social Justice come together in this thrilling story about the repercussions of designing a life form and the unpredictability of environment, evolution, and natural/artificial selection.
